He was predeceased by: his brother Steven Hibbard. He is survived by: his parents, Benny Hibbard and Evelyn Smallwood Hibbard; his children, Kobe Brian Nathaniel Hibbard and Aaliyah Nichole Rose Hibbard; and his sisters, Betty Renee Mills, Mary Lynn Strong and Stephanie Nichole Thomason. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
