He is survived by: his children, Billy Wayne Mastin, Jr., James Wesley Hurt, Jr., Tammy Cuzick and Sabrina Lynn Mastin; his siblings, Danny Mastin, Andy Mastin (Sissy), Paulette Houp and Ruth Ray; and his grandchildren, Draven Wooten, Seth Wooten, Kilynn Wooten, Lydia Wooten, Christian Mastin, Sienna Mastin, Ozlyn Feltner and Joseph Blevins.
