He was predeceased by: his father James Frazier; his stepfather Billy Ray Slocumb; and his nieces, Onnaleisia and Serenity Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Gribbins Frazier; his sons, Jace Gribbins, Jaxten Gribbins, Jett Frazier and Axel Frazier; his mother Hazel Slocumb; his siblings, Jennifer Beiver, Lori Anderson (Jeremy), Brandon Frazier, Jason Frazier (Elizabeth) and Kimberly Wynn (Corey); his siblings-in-law, Robbie Gribbins (Andrea) and Miracle Nalley (Sidney); his aunt Michelle Cash; and also Wanda Perkins.
Billy's final act of kindness was to give the gift of sight through the donation of his corneas.
