He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Welch and Leeta Alcorn; his daughter Marilyn; his brother Ricky Welch (Lisa); his aunts and uncles, Jimmy, Larry, Tommy, Elwood, Virgil, Brenda and Rita; and his cousins, Dana, Shelley, Kim, Tiffany and Trina.
