She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Thomas Maxey and Mary D. Capps Maxey of Owingsville, Kentucky.. She is survived by: her children, Reverend Larry B. Sivis (Debbie) of Ashland and Janet Sivis-O'Connell of Nicholasville; and her grandchildren, Reverend Betty Sivis of Ashland, Collin Everett Sivis O'Connell, Cherish O'Connell of Richmond, Curren Edward Sivis O'Connell of Illinois and Lacey Hylen of Rhode Island.
