It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Tate of Nicholasville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 26, 2021, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben William and Sally Elizabeth Kelly Tate. She is survived by: her son Jacob Murphy; the father of her child John Murphy; her close friend Jim Register; her brothers, Ken Tate and Mike Tate; and also Judy Murphy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In accordance to guidelines by the CDC, masks are required as well as social distancing.
