He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Bagby (Glen) of Lexington and Laurie Lichaa (Al) of Tucson, AZ.; and his grandchildren, Randy Hooker (Meredith), Jan Hooker (Billy Wedgworth), Kelly McGugan (Heather), Kevin McGugan (Leah), Joe Lichaa (Holly), Eric Lichaa (Leigh) and Jessica Lichaa (Wayne Johnson).
