With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anthony Lee Collins (Nicholasville, Kentucky), born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on November 14, 2022 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Yvonna Sewell; and his grandparents, Edward Davis, Allen and Christine Collins. He is survived by: his parents, Tony Collins and Debra Davis Collins; his son Micheal Collins; his sister Christina Jenkins (Kevin); his grandmother Patsy Davis Tate; and his extended family, Gary and Jennifer Shell. He is also survived by several nieces nephews, great nieces and nephews.
No flowers are requested. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the family to assist with the funeral expenses.
