He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl Key and Phyllis Ann McKinney Key; his wife Latasha Johnson Key; and his brother Henry Key. He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph Key (Djkarta Johnson) of Danville and James Lamont Key (Tabitha) of Danville; his stepchildren, Timothy Johnson (Natassia) of Stanford and Ashley Johnson of Danville; his grandchildren, Bryce, Kennadi, Jacye Johnson, Zoriyah and Zuri Yocum; his aunt Martha Warren of Lancaster; his uncle Henry Key of Louisville; and his sister-in-law Anita Key. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
