He was predeceased by: his brother DeWayne Decker; and his nephew Griffin Embry. He is survived by: his parents, Connie West and Ricky Decker; his siblings, Abigale, Aemilia West Willis, Richmond, Dustin Decker, Sean Decker and Corbin; his grandmother Eula Decker; and his nieces and nephews, Jude Carter Embry, Aubrey Phillips and Rowen Phillips.
