He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill McIntosh and Dorothy Herald; and his sisters, Patricia Minnear and Linda Harmon. He is survived by: his children, Bill McIntosh (Becky) of Independence, Michelle McIntosh of Falmouth and Jim McIntosh (Amber) of Walton; his grandchildren, Amanda Purnell, Brenton McIntosh, Brayden McIntosh, Justin McIntosh, Hannah Henry, Myranda Henry, Katelyn McIntosh, Nicholas McIntosh and Lauren McIntosh; his great grandchildren, Liam Purnell, Gracie McIntosh and Maya McIntosh; and his siblings, Joyce Banfield (Gene), Francis McIntosh, Charlene Randall (Danny), Jim Herald (Donna) and Kathy Combs (Billy).
