He is survived by: his fiancée Lillie Kowolonek-Holt; his children, Terry Holt, Jr., Michael Holt, Blake Werling, Ashley Holt and Bryanah Holt; and his siblings, Bobby Holt, Shane Holt, Jamie Holt, Jackie Holt, Tasha Holt, Rhonda Hensley, Summer Holt, Kayla Bowman and Jamie Bowman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
