She is survived by: her mother Donna Holbrook; her husband Bill Stevens; her children, Chris Stevens (Tracey), Randy Fultz (Shannon), Jeff Fultz and Brandy Riggs (Jonathan); and her brothers, Danny Holbrook (Sally), Scott Holbrook and Shawn Holbrook. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
