She was predeceased by: her father Carr Fields; her siblings, William Henry Fields, Oca Fields and Kathleen Fields; and her daughter Belinda Osborne Adams.
She is survived by: her husband Hubert Osborne; her daughters, Teresa Osborne and Rebecca Lewis (Bradley); her grandsons, Aaron Bradley Lewis and William Henry Osborne Lewis; and her sisters, Audrey Farmer (Dale), Myrtle Napier (Charles), Grace McIntosh (Herschel) and Opal Smith (Terry). She is also survived by extended family and friends.
