She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Spicer and Lillie Spicer; and her son Charles J. Fornash. She is survived by: her husband Clint Combs; her children, Lenora S. Combs and Clinton R. Combs; her grandchildren, Lois Gross (Michael), Charlena Doeding (Matthew), Sally N. Russell (Shawn), Payton E. Combs, Parker E. Combs and Presley E. Combs; and her sisters, Nora L. Hollon (Lee) and Nancy Herald. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (4350 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Bill Combs Cemetery.
