She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Penick and Frances Penick; her husband William "Quaker" Miller; and her siblings, Beverly, Dale, David and Jerry.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Hurtt, Karen Tillett (John), Floyd Tillett (Melissa) and Ronald Tillett; her stepdaughters, Tonya Senf (Doug) and Nicole Cooper; her sister Marlene Durr (Charles); and her grandson Douglas Tillett. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
A reception was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Serenity Funeral Care (40 W 6th St, Covington, KY 41011).
