She was predeceased by: her parents, Clint Pennington and Anna Fields Pennington; her husband Glen Noe; and her siblings, Nancy Wursback, Mabel Campbell, Thelma Parm, Cassie Schweder, Willie Pennington, Dorse Pennington and Ira Pennington.
She is survived by: her children, Arnold K. Mitchell (Mary) and Lin Domis (Dan); and her siblings, Alice Moreno, Linda Rice Heller and Wayne McIntosh. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren, 5 Great Great Grandchildren.
