She was predeceased by: her parent Arthur Stephens. She is survived by: her parent Jean Stephens (Hughes); her husband Harold J. Pferrman; her children, Kelly Pferrman, Michele Hofstetter (Bill), John Pferrman (Holly) and Todd Pferrman (Sheila); her sisters, Judy Gibbs and Delana Stephens; her grandchildren, Karley Jaracz (Tom), Luke, Ethan Schmits, Natalie, Hollie Pferrman, Alaina, Jake Pferrman, Amber Hess (Mike), Zach Hofstetter, Chris and Katie Steinkamp; and her great grandchildren, Michael Hess and Dominic Hess. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
