With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis A. Siemer of Newport, Kentucky, who passed away on January 22, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Roy A. Siemer, Sr.; and her brother Billy Brooks. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Siemer and Roy A. Siemer, Jr. (Dena); her grandsons, Brandon and Alex Siemer; her great grandchildren, Landyn, Kamryn and Eastyn; and her sister-in-law Joan "Jo" Meiner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
