He is survived by: his wife Dana Case (Gilbert); his sister Elaine Powers (Case); his children, Brian Case, Tim Case (Dana), Mike Wampler, Deonna Dalton Brooks (Jeff) and Melissa Sage; his grandchildren, Sam Wampler, Matthew Case (Shelby), Christopher Flake, Lane Flake (Jessica), Andrew Pena, Kennedy Dalton, Dawson Flake, Hayli Case, Emma Case, Weston Case, Raj Kangkoban and Mugan Kangkoban; and his great grandchildren, Morgan and Meadow Case.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in honor of Paul Case, to Johns Hopkins, Center for Innovative Medicine.
