He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Pruiett and Rachel Campbell; his former wife Jayne Pruiett; his grandchildren, Terrahnce Pruiett, Terry Campbell, Lauren Scott, Emily Boatright and Elijah Boatright; his great grandchildren, Presly Scott, Daisy Scott and Iver Scott; and his siblings, John, Gary Pruiett, Judy Jones, Pamela Turner and Shirley Spicer. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
