He is survived by: his sons, Mark Bender (Kayla) of Houston, TX and Matthew Bender of Charlottesville, VA; his sister Cynthia Calder of Mesa, AZ.; his granddaughters, Amanda Twitchell, Faith, Layne and Summer Bender; and his wife Arohanui.
Following the service will be a reception at Drees Pavilion. 790 Park Lane, Covington, KY 41011 from 3.30 P.M. - 7.30 P.M.
