He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis L. Lavender and Hazel Marie Lavender (Hornsby). He is survived by: his wife Leslie Miles Lavender; his sons, Eli and Asher Lavender; and his stepdaughters, Casey Spinks and Carly Whitaker. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
