We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2022, at the age of 45, Luther Bradon Spicer of Newport, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary Jane Raleigh, Abe and America Spicer; and his aunt Kathy Herald. He is survived by: his parents, Luther Spicer and Mildred Herald Spicer of Newport, KY.; his son Elijah Spicer of Newport, KY.; his sister Letitia Hughes (Tony) of Florence, KY.; his nephew Sawyer Spicer; and his aunts and uncles, Janie Cole, Pam Combs, Ole Bullock, Mary Spicer, Anita Cole, Lena Herald, Charles Johnson, James Spicer, Tommy Spicer, Abe Spicer and Ed Spicer. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
