He is survived by: his wife Gloria Powers of Newport; his children, Rodney Powers of Newport, Melissa Miller (Aaron) of Wilder, Adam Powers (Dianna) of Independence and Daniel Powers of Covington, Kentucky.; and his brothers, Bobby Powers (Tannie) of Newport and Willard Powers. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
