Len Grothaus Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Len Grothaus Sr. (Newport, Kentucky), who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Frank and Alma Hofstetter Grothaus; his wife Shirley; his son Richard; and his siblings, Dorothy Koher, Mary Schmits, Romaine Rawe, Laverne Simon, Mildred Schisler, Roman Grothaus, Don Grothaus and Vern Grothaus.
He is survived by: his children, Leonard, Jr. Grothaus (Meg), Dennis Grothaus (Sandra), Thomas Grothaus (Cyndi) and Douglas Grothaus (late Anne Marie); his grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Maria, Olivia, Ben, Caitlin, Bethany, Seth, Trent, Cory and Alana; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Corbin, Dean, Dakota and Braxton; and his brother Norb Grothaus. He is also survived by 50 nieces and nephews.
