He was predeceased by: his parents, James Raines and Esther Raines; and his siblings, Margie Raines, Bud Raines, Junior Raines and Mary Whalen.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mohrstadt; his children, Holly Raines and Kenny Raines (Crystal); his grandsons, Carter Raines, Devin Raines and Carson Raines; his brother David Raines (Judy); and his friend Steve Morris. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
