It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen F. Trumbull of Newport, Kentucky, born in Bradford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 29, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Gail Elton Trumbull; her husband Ralph Farrell; and her brother Gail Trumbull. She is survived by: her children, Ralph Dale Farrell (Cindy), Scott Farrell (Stephanie), Paul Farrell, William Farrell, Joseph Farrell (Traci), Lewis Farrell (Tracie) and Aletha Farrell; and her sisters, Darlene Wescott (Carroll) and Leslie Trumbull (Randy Grow). She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren & 12 Great Grandchildren.
