He was predeceased by: his grandson Derek Rawls; and his parents, Marcelline Elizabeth and James Francis. He is survived by: his wife Allie Carney; his sisters, Susan Carney Carney and Mary Lee Thomas (Dave); his stepchildren, Sherry McDonald (Robbie) and Temple Neace (Tammie); and his grandchildren, Erika Smith, Jordan Rawls, Taylor McDonald, Sarah Boulanger and Jacob Neace. He is also survived by his three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Home (822 York St, Newport, KY 41071).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to any veterans organization in his memory.
