We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2019, at the age of 64, John T. Merrill Sr. (Newport, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Merrill, Sr. and Vivian Merrill. He is survived by: his wife Robin Gabbard Merrill; his son John Merrill, Jr; his siblings, David Merrill (Audrey), Dennis Merrill (MiMi), Olivia Steinmetz, Linda Blevins, Sharon Froelicher, Vivian Smith (Robert) and Helen Merrill; and his siblings-in-law, Kim Gardner (Tom), Sharon Batchelor, Gary Gabbard, Sr., Doug Gabbard (Lori) and Cam Gabbard (Justina). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to the Charity of Choice.
