He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Holt (late Randy) of Independence, KY and Heather O'Brien (Matthew) of Burlington, KY; and his siblings, Sue Thomas of Latonia, KY, Steve Roberts of Houston, TX, Patricia "Toots" Webster of Falmouth, KY and Mike Eagle of Florence, KY.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
