Menninger (Newport, Kentucky), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on January 30, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Angela Menninger; his child Marianne Dannis (Ted); his grandchildren, Amy Smith (Shawn) and Jack Dannis (Julie); his great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Gracie; his stepchildren, Joseph Deaton and Mark Deaton (Kimberly); his siblings, Joe Menninger (Faye) and Patricia Kline (late Jack); and his siblings-in-law, Pasquale Santini, Frank Santini, Joyce Mardis, Theresa Santini and Antoinette Howard.
