He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Bud" Napier and Dorothy "Dottie" McDavid; and his brother Jeff Napier. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jean Napier; his children, John Napier (Shawna) and Angela Nicole "Angie" Napier; his sister Tina Marie Napier; and his grandchildren, Kaliska Cheyenne Kidwell, Logan Alexander Napier and Ayden Matthew Napier.
