He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Zemter and Vera Zemter; his wife Robin Zemter; and his sister Judy Zemter. He is survived by: his sister Kathy Hurd of Cincinnati; and his sons, Rodney Nutley of Indiana, Gary Zemter Jr. of Alexandria and Eric Zemter of Newport. He is also survived by other friends and family.
