He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cayze and Elaine Cayze; his brother Robert "Bobby" Cayze; and his cousin Tara Connolly (Bill). He is survived by: his cousins, Rhonda Baker (Gary), Craig Magnarini (Anita) and Brian Magnarini; his caregivers, Travis and Kerry Evans; and his nieces and nephews, Brenda Guidugli (Doug), Shauna Cayze, Robert Cayze II, Melanie Singleton (Mark), Marc Cayze (Kris) and David Cayze (Audra).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to BAWAC Community Rehabilitation Center.
