She is survived by: her significant other Rocky Hubbard; her children, Toby Stewart (Bobbie Jo), Roxanne Barden (David), Rockell Hubbard, Rocklyn York (Josh) and Mike Ott (Krissy); her brother John Foley Sr. (Tracey); her grandchildren, Brooke Fussey (Zach), Kaitlin Stewart, Greysun Barden (Bre), Skylyr Barden (Jake), Stone Barden (Brittany), Alyssa Stewart, Adam Stewart Jr., Tyson Stewart, Josh York, Kayne Obie, Jonny York, Alfred Julian Jr., Justyn York, Jackie York, Chase Ott, Chandler Ott, Layney Ott and Sparrow Ott; her great grandchildren, Tullee Barden, Fox Fussey, Ford Fussey and Easton Barden; and her siblings-in-law, Teri Ivers (Terry), Rusty Hubbard (Rhonda) and Randy Hubbard (Sherri). She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, pancan.org, during the month of November, for Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month, the organization will double donation amount.
