He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou Manning; his sons, Gary Manning and Dan Manning (Paula); his grandchildren, Brian Combs and Kelly Manning; his son-in-law Gary Watson; his siblings, Robert Manning, Jack Manning, Bill Manning and Ruth Murphy; and his parents, Arthur Manning and Bertha Manning.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Manning, Lou Ann Combs (Gene), Donna Schuster (Mike), Ralph Manning (Yvonne), Ray Manning, Mary Pangallo, Carol Watson, Marc Manning, Amy Kuntz (Joe), Dale Manning (Kathy), Sharon Beagle (Doug) and Mike Manning (Susan); his sister Marie Froendhoff; and his sisters-in-law, Ethel Hitch and Marge Gilb. He is also survived by 38 Grandchildren, 50 Great-Grandchildren, 14 Great Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to charity of choice.
