He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stein and Catherine Sullivan Stein; his wife Antonietta Seta Stein; and his son Donald Jr.. He is survived by: his children, John Stein (Jennifer), Tony Stein, David Stein and Cathy Guthier (Mike); and his sister Ruth Lother. He is also survived by his 5 children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the Brighton Center, 741 Central Ave., Newport, KY 41071.
