He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, Tiffany, David Jr., Andrew, Stefanie, Savannah, Elijah, Harper, Jayla and Cameron; and his siblings, Bubba, Pete, Bill, Lou Ann, Barb, Mary, Debbie and Christy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
