We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2022, at the age of 68, Cindy Clarke (Newport, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lewis and Mildred Lorrena Williams; her daughter Norma Lorrena Seibert; and her siblings, Patty Williams, Dave and Bob Williams.
She is survived by: her husband John Clarke; her children, Christie Victor (Sean), Gerald "Lynnie" Seibert, II and Johnny Ray Smith (Mary Jo); and her sister Charlene Williams. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
