Betty Roach Obituary
We bid farewell to Betty Roach of Newport, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 26, 2025 at the age of 95. Betty touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her grandfather Bugs; her parents, Wilbert Wolfzorn and Anna Wolfzorn (Wagner); her husband Earl Roach; her sons, Ron, Steve and Bob Roach; her grandson Charlie Roach; and her siblings, Wilbert, Norbert Wolfzorn, Virginia Lankheit, Mildred Ball and Thelma Herman (Elmer "Mushie" Nelson).
She is survived by: her daughter Erleen Burdine (late Ken); her brother Vernon Wolfzorn; her daughter-in-law Rita Brinegar; and her brother-in-law Lug Lankheit. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holy Spirit Church (825 Washington Ave, Newport, KY 41071). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
