He was predeceased by: his wife Bernice Louise Zmurk; and his parents, Ambrose Zmurk and Effie Zmurk. He is survived by: his children, Randolph Zmurk, Sandra Kopczynski (Scott), Rebecca Zmurk (Ron) and Jennifer Zmurk-Diaz (Ron); his grandsons, Derek, Adam, Timothy, Landen and Westin; and his siblings, Karen Barrick, Dan Zmurk (Connie) and Connie Fryer (Dan).

In lieu of flowers, donations in his name, can be made to New Perceptions, 1 Sperti Drive, Edgewood, Kentucky, 41017.
