He was predeceased by: his son Mark Randall Smith; his nephew Timmy Glover; his parents, Ben Smith and Lillie Smith; and his sisters, Betty Winn and Janette Glover.
He is survived by: the mother of his children Judy Smith; and his children, Robbie Simon (John) and John P. Smith (Kelly). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
