She was predeceased by: her parents, John Earnest Donahue, Sr. and Mary Golda Clark Donahue; her granddaughter Kathy Mattingly Kidwell; and her siblings, Kathleen Porter, Judy Ballard, Frankie Culver, Joann Donahue, Mary Hammond, J. E., Howard and Gerald Donahue.
She is survived by: her children, Pat Hagan (Murrell) of New Hope, Debbie Mattingly of New Hope, Donna Newton (John) of New Hope, Janice Clark of New Hope, Sue Scott of Taylorsville and Bill Clark (Beth) of Bunnell, Florida; and her siblings, Pauline Jackson of Louisville, Rob Donahue (Marie) of Lexington and Tom Donahue of Bardstown. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
