She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Harold Hutchins; her former husband Howard Clark; her son Eddie Hutchins; her parents, Thomas Thurman and Annie Margaret Nalley Mattingly; and her siblings, Alice Priddy, Lila Clark, Margaret Morris, John Willett Mattingly, Joseph "Ade" Mattingly and Bob Mattingly.

She is survived by: her children, Jane Tinnell of Bardstown, Shirley Downs (Larry) of Bardstown, Teri Johnson (Gary) of Bardstown, Tommy Hutchins of Elizabethtown, Donnie Hutchins of New Haven, Pat Hutchins (Phyllis) of St. Francis and Carl Hutchins (Pam) of Boston. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
