She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom and Elsie Cook of Clear Lake; her husband Burl; her son Jay; her sister Jeanne Zahn of Blaine; and also Dakota.
She is survived by: her son Jeff (Holly) of Pompano Beach, FL; and her daughter-in-law Karen (Jay) of Maple Grove. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; and beloved nieces and nephews.
