She was predeceased by: her sons, Frankie, Daniel and Jerry Clark; and her siblings, Emma Jean Summitt, William, Andrew and Jake Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband John Francis "Jack" Clark; her children, Sabrina Ann Douglas (Ralph) of New Haven, Timothy "Bear" Clark (Angie) of New Haven and Ernie Clark (Tracy) of Boston; her daughters-in-law, Toni Coomes-Clark of New Haven and Ginny Clark of Greenbriar; and her siblings, Ann Hayden of Bardstown, Carolyn Gilpin (Pete) of Bardstown, Dottie Hood (Samson) of Cox's Creek, Bobby Lewis (Josephine) of Fairfield and Johnny Lewis (Georgina) of Bardstown. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
