She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Kenneth "Bishop" Mattingly; her parents, John "Yankee" and Helen Williamson Bell; and her brother Tony Bell. She is survived by: her children, Diane Donnelly (Billy) of New Hope and Ken Mattingly of Georgetown; her grandchildren, Joe Bradley Donnelly (Kirstin Stiles) of New Hope, Aaron Donnelly (Amy Clan) of New Hope, Stephanie Donnelly (Luke Mouser) of New Hope and Chad Donnelly (Julie Lunt) of Palm Coast, Florida; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Bailey and Chalen; her siblings, Phyllis Kelly of Louisville, Barbara Grayson (Jim) of Versailles, John Francis Bell, Jr. of Louisville, George Bell (Barbara Engles) of New Hope and Eddie Bell of Bardstown; and her sister-in-law Jean Lois O'Bryan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
