He is survived by : his children, Kayla Blair of Lebanon and Joseph "Trey" Blair (Macy Noel) of Lebanon; his granddaughter Kendall McCandless; and his sisters, Frankie Blair of New Hope and Kim Blair of Bardstown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
