It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Marie Mattingly of New Hope, Kentucky, who passed away on August 18, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Elmo and Dorothy Elizabeth Johnson Dickerson. She is survived by: her husband Lyndal Mattingly; her children, Todd Mattingly of Saint Francis, Scott Mattingly of New Haven, Rebecca Morris (Jimmy) of Saint Mary's, Nicole Greenwell (Greg) of Loretto, Marlana Allender (Josh) of Loretto and Charles Mattingly (Sheryl) of Owenton; her siblings, Margaret Weiter (Chuck) of Louisville and Stephen Dickerson (Robin) of Versailles; and her grandchildren, Austin, Garret Hamilton, Gregory Greenwell, Tyler, Freddy Mattingly, Ethan Allender, Brittany Clan, Audrey Greenwell, Haley, Alyssa Mattingly, Marley, Anna Allender, Autumn, Miranda, Caden Maddox, Jamie (Krista), Joey, Jeremy (Kaitlyn) and Jaron Morris (Aly). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren & 8 great grandchildren.
